  1. Credit Card Failure
    If your credit card doesn't go through during a transaction on Morgis, don’t worry! Simply try again after a few minutes. The system will automatically attempt to process the payment again.
  2. Updating Your Payment Method
    Update your payment method in 'Payments' on the main menu. This only affects the card used for initial payments or purchases of new Morgis packages. You can also select 'Apply active credit card to all active payments' to update future payments on the active card.
  3. Cancellation of Monthly Morgis Support
    Morgis will make four more attempts to charge your credit card within the next 24 hours to complete the transaction. If none of the attempts are successful, the Monthly Morgis support for that specific Host will be canceled.
